Hi, my name is Cate.
I'm excited to share my knowledge of yoga, breath work, meditation and Ayurveda on the BlissFull Platform.
I get it, life is busy and full of distractions. It can feel hard to fit in things that are just for our own wellbeing. We all start somewhere and BlissFull is a place you can come to dip in and fill up your cup wherever you are.
My love of Ayurveda and Yoga has been a life long journey, although I have also worked as a schoolteacher, run craft classes and shared my love of reducing plastic along the way. Yoga and holistic health are things I come back to time and again to support my own mental and physical health.
